What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit cards as well as debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard symbol. We also offer PayPal checkout. The billing name is 1StopLighting or Belami, Inc.

How do I know my order was received by 1StopLighting?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email confirmation for your purchase. This confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provide during the checkout process. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us. We will also email you with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations can be requested via phone with our Customer Service Team. Cancellations are done on a best-efforts basis. If an order is too far in the process of shipping to stop, our standard return policy applies.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the product. Items cannot be installed or altered if you wish to return them.

Do you warranty your products?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do provide extended warranties on many of our top lines of products. All products come with the standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty. For select lines, we offer warranty upgrades. Our sole responsibility and obligation in the event of defective merchandise shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise and we shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss, which may be sustained or claimed.

Can you help me find replacement glass (or other parts) for my fixture?

We offer free shipping on many brands. For all other lines, for orders under $49 we have a flat rate of $14.99 when shipping within the US and Canada. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska incur a destination surcharge of 50% on any order. The $50 fee is in addition to the $14.99 flat rate for orders under $49.

Yes, we absolutely match prices of authorized competitors.

What are your pricing policies?

Accepted Answer

We reserve the right to change posted prices at any time. If, through a technical issue or data error, we post incorrect prices, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed when the incorrect pricing was posted.

Do you change sales tax?

As per the recent Supreme Court decision in Wayfair vs. South Dakota, we are required to charge and collect tax in the states where it is legally due.

Do you have products that are not listed on your website?

We have access to thousands of light fixtures that are not yet listed on our site. If you are looking for a particular fixture, just fill out our short quote request form and we'll get back to you with pricing and availability.

Can you guarantee availability of products on your site?

Accepted Answer

No. Manufacturers reserve the right to make changes in products offered, materials, and construction of their products at any time. Every effort is made to remove discontinued products from our site. All prices and descriptions listed on the website are subject to change without notice.

At this time we do not offer will call pick-up from the warehouse.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? What about international locations?

Accepted Answer

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska have a $50 surcharge for shipping on every order. We also ship to Canada with Free Shipping to Canada on many of our top lines, with no customs fees. For orders to Canada, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on non-preferred suppliers.

Before you order, you can see an estimate of shipping time for each item on our website. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before an order ships.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you require your order quickly, please contact our Sales Team to confirm availability and discuss options.

We are only able to ship UPS or FedEx. We cannot ship USPS at this time.

Whenever practical, we ship all items in an order together. However, if you ordered fixtures made by two or more manufacturers, your items will be shipping from different locations and may not arrive together.
